We recognise that not all SMSFs are the same… understanding this lead us to develop a pricing model that is fair and equitable for all clients no matter how big, small, simple or complex a fund may be. SMSF+™ apply a standard fee of $1,800 per annum which provides for day to day administration, reconciliation, accounting, production of regulatory reports and returns, audit and subsequent lodgement. Merlea Investments have negotiated a further $150 reduction in the ongoing administration price for all funds established through our relationship. In many instances this is all a fund will have to pay for the administration of the fund.
